Weddings in the Air? Recently we have seen a spate of nuptial-related visits to Molossia - including one actual wedding! In July, His Excellency, The President presided over the wedding of Emma and Samantha in Republic Square, the first wedding in our nation is some years. Mazel Tov, you two! And in August an entire bridal party visited Molossia, the bride and no less than nine matching bridesmaids! The bride to be was especially thrilled by the autographed rock she received from The President. Anyway, that's a lot of wedding happenings, is something in the air?

Deputy Constable Woola.

New Deputy Constable! The Republic of Molossia is pleased to announce the appointment of the Presidential Dog, Woola Baugh to the post of Deputy Constable. Law enforcement has been somewhat lacking in recent years due to the prolonged absences of our Chief Constable Alexis Baugh, and The President has decided the void can be at least partially filled by the appointment of Woola as a Deputy in our nation. Though she might be bit gentle for the job, it is nevertheless certain that our new Deputy Constable will do well in the position, keeping evil-doers at bay and keeping Molossia safe!

New Molossian Citizen! The Republic of Molossia is proud to welcome our newest citizen, Wanda Walker. Wanda is the First Lady's mother, and has been a stalwart participant is Molossian events and activities. Her citizenship is long overdue and may be seen as a slight bureaucratic oversight on the part of our Citizenship Bureau, ahem. At any rate this has now been belatedly rectified and are proud to consider Wanda to be an official citizen of Molossia. A belated welcome, Wanda!

Outpost Molossia in the Woods.

Outpost Molossia. In the distant woods of Northern California, during the weekend of 15 to 17 August, Outpost Molossia was established. The occasion was the Camp Redwoods music retreat, set amongst towering redwoods far from just about anywhere and not far from the Northern California coast. The remoteness of the location necessitated camping, and as has happened in the past, Outpost Molossia was established. Though the stay in the woods was but three days, it was nevertheless successful, good music was heard, good food was eaten and good times were had!
