On 20 July 2010 XXXIII, the Government of the Republic of Molossia inaugurated our new Water Tower. This new Molossia landmark was conceived over a year ago to bring the cooling and soothing effects of water to our parched landscape. After a long period of planning, construction went rapidly, and in due course the tower rose over the desert. Often when tourists visit Molossia they do so in the warmer months when our nation is at it's driest. As they tour Red Square, where the Post Office and Trading Post are located, the water tower will be running in the background, with water pouring from its spout, running down the trough and into the catch barrel at the bottom. From there the overflow is directed into the distant grape vineyard in Norton Park.
We are quite proud of this new asset to our nation and we are certain that it will only make Molossia a more enjoyable place to visit and to live.
